Hi! Wow today was a blast! I went over to Carissa's house 2gether with Mel, Cheryl and Khai Shing. We had lunch at Toa Payoh Central before catching a bus to Carissa's house. When we were near her house, we did not get down at a bus stop directly opposite her house, instead shhe made us wait for another bus stop before alighting! So we had to walk up on an overhead bridge, another 5-minute walk before we reached her house - all under the HOT afternoon sun. We almost killed her for that. :) But halfway we stopped by at a playground and well that was break from the heat. I tell you, when we reached her house, I almost wanted to DEMAND for some ice-cream but I still settled for some pepsi. Then we did the usual stuff, play cards, rollerblading, badminton... but the best thing was the water bombs! All of us (well only five) crowded into her bathroom and filled up so many water balloons that the bag of them was too heavy to carry! After filling up all the water bombs, each of us grabbed two (we only have two hands) and took turns to say our wishes for the future those stuff. (We cursed some really unlikeable people in our class- unlikeable to us that is, but overall, we wished for good results for our PSLE and to always stay in contact and be best friends forever and stuff, so we are'nt ALL evil.) Yah so that was really good.
And to top it all off, in school today, XiaoLaoShi nominated ME (and ten more pupils) to try for the OPA (Outstanding Pupil Award) from 6A.
Seriously, yes its good and all, but I can't help being scared coz I don't really achieve much outside the school activities and that's gonna be really hard. Not to mention that I am competing with 400 over (well not the WHOLE P6 cohort was nominated but there are a some pretty outstanding pupils) hopefuls.
